PROJECT MANAGER
This position is responsible for the management of assigned project(s) from inception through to completion. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Project Manager works closely with the Superintendent through the project life cycle.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ACCOUNTANT
This position is responsible for the accounts payable function of the Finance and Administration department. Reporting to the CFO, the Accounts Payable Accountant handles all aspects of the company’s payable cycle. The Accounts Payable Accountant will also be the primary vendor contact for invoicing and payment enquiries.
PROJECT COORDINATOR
This position is responsible for assisting the project manager and superintendent with the management of assigned project(s) or portion thereof. Reporting to the project manager, the project coordinator works closely with the superintendent and may be located on or off-site.
ESTIMATOR
This position is responsible for the quantification, cost estimation, and bid preparation for all construction projects. Reporting to the Senior Estimator, Estimators work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents in the preparation of estimates and project initiation and planning.
CARPENTER
We are expanding our work force and looking for carpenters. We specialize in our own forces work including excavations, concrete formwork, concrete placing and finishing, wood framing as well as rough and finish carpentry.
