Centrally located at the corner of Johnson and Vancouver, the project is being built on the former McCalls Gardens Funeral Home parking lot.
Modern in design, it will boast two residential towers at 15 and 17 storeys including 206 units over a 6 storey podium and 4 storeys of underground parking.
Its design is setting the stage for future condominium projects within the City of Victoria as it was successful in increasing the allowable height to 50 meters from 30 meters, and to 17-storeys from the allowable 10. The project is focused on fostering a community among residents by designing a gated courtyard which includes seating, yoga deck and patio garden.
The ground-breaking ceremony for this condominium development took place August 2016. Construction is expected to take 30 months.
