CONGRATULATIONS TOM ARSENAULT!
Tom Arsenault came to Farmer Construction Ltd. as a new worker to the industry in July 2020. Tom completed his New Worker training on January 12, 2021 while working on our Beacon Hill project. Tom has shown that he understands his training and how to use all required tools properly and with safe practices. He has always asked to review safe work procedures when needed and demonstrates working safe with all required PPE.
Tom was awarded his black hard hat and Farmer toque by Beacon Hill Site CSO Kevin Wilson in recognition of completing the Farmer Construction New Young Worker Program. Congratulations Tom!
