EMPLOYEE PROFILE – MARGARET MACDONALD
“Hi, my name is Margaret Macdonald and I’ve been working with Farmer since May of 2021. I am a 1st year apprentice working on The Pearl Project.
I have been fortunate enough to be involved in many different aspects of construction and enjoy the variety of tasks including formwork for columns and slabs, placing and working with concrete. I look forward to gaining my Red Seal and becoming a journeyperson and gaining more experience in other carpentry skills such as finishing.
I am proud to work for Farmer because they care about their employees and want us all to be our best. I have met lots of friends here with Farmer on different projects and social events offered to employees. As a female in the trades, I’m happy to see that Farmer creates an equal opportunity workplace and enjoy seeing more females on our sites. I enjoy the comradery on the jobs, working as a team and look forward to coming to work every day.”
