“Hello, my name is Raven Eagleye, I have been a Journeyman carpenter for 6 years. One of my favorite parts about being a carpenter is when I drive by a previous job I worked on I can tell the people around me what I did to contribute to the build on that building and be proud of it. It gives me a sense of accomplishment. “I am leaving a legacy that I can be proud of”. Farmer Construction is the best company I have ever worked for, they are very encouraging, and I think this is a great company for young people to start and build a career with. The Supervisors are all amazing, the best people I could ask to work for. This job gives you a sense of pride and accomplishment and it really helps build up your self-confidence. To women wanting to get into the trade just remember – “we are capable of way more than we think.”
