Project Overview

We are very excited to announce our successful pursuit of the Spencer Block.  The project will be situated at the intersection of Government and Herald Streets in the Old Town precinct of Victoria, BC.

The project consists of a mixed use, commercial/residential building that will be approximately 200,000 square feet in area including an underground parking garage, a central courtyard, offsite works, landscaping, and will be of combustible and noncombustible construction.
