Slated for completion in the fall of 2014, the Duet condominium project is underway in Victoria’s historic and residential James Bay neighbourhood. A rooftop terrace complete with lounge features an outdoor BBQ kitchen and seating to dine alfresco. Having worked on a number of previous projects together, Farmer is inspired to be a part of the team that includes Vancouver’s Chard Developments, Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership and Victoria architect de Hoog and Kierulf.
