Located at 1555 Mckenzie Ave Saanich, BC this development includes four 6-storey hybrid concrete and wood frame building consisting of384 residential units (~251,000 square feet) of residential space.  the building is 6 stories on top of a cast in place concrete underground parkade.  The development will also include approximately 18,500 square feet of commercial space.

On-site construction will include site upgrades and servicing to accommodate new building, the building construction to accommodate underground parking, amenity space and residential space consisting of total 305,000 square feet of total constructed area.  Off-site works includes sidewalks, curbs & gutter, landscaping, and those improvements as required by the district of Saanich.

Construction on this project started on March, 2025 and the anticipated duration of this project is 36 months.
