McCallum Lands Project
Farmer Construction is very excited to be working with Starlight Investments on one of the largest residential projects constructed on Vancouver Island! Onsite construction of McCallum Lands commenced on February 6th. The anticipated duration of this project is 42 months.
Highlights of this development include:
• 597 residential units
• ~500,000 square feet of residential space
• 4 wood frame construction buildings
• Each building is 6 storeys on top of the underground parkade
• ~ 225,000 square feet of cast in place concrete parkade
