Owned by the Provincial Government, the Selkirk Trestle is one of five trestle restorations and conversions Farmer has constructed along the Galloping Goose Trail on Southern Vancouver Island. Managed by the Capital Regional District, this linear pedestrian trail is a restored rail right of way which runs from Sooke to Sidney.
