The first of its type in North America, this luxury superyacht marina, located in the Songhees, will include an amenities and restaurant building. Farmer was awarded the construction of the two buildings which will be part the new marina. Consisting of 28 slips constructed to accommodate 65’ to 175’ yachts, a 7,000 sf restaurant building, and a 6,000 sf+ marina office and amenities building to include a private captain and crew club, offices and meeting rooms. Each building rests on the foreshore and extends out onto the water supported by 15 pilings.
